Granular controls for issuing Sabre roundtrip tickets

There's no issues with roundtrip/one-way NDC or one-way Sabre flights. The issue is only on roundtrip flights from Sabre. It would be nice to be able to issue the return or departure from the UI or have an improved UI for doing this.
